SLO curfew close, but no cigar
The San Luis Obispo City Council has yet to pass the proposed curfew ordinance, which would keep minors off the streets from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight to 5 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
