Residing in stall 13 is the biggest superstar on campus: Moonstar, a mustang — donated by a Cal Poly alumnus —that’s being trained by students to become the university’s live mascot.
New star on campus: Moonstar the Mustang
The university recently adopted an additional mascot: a live mustang named Moonstar. He will be ready to become one of the university’s official mascots by the beginning of the 2014 football season, according to a Cal Poly press release.
