13 suspects identified in VG burglary, door was left unlocked

The University Police Department (UPD) announced it will “pursue appropriate criminal charges and campus sanctions,” on 13 identified people suspected of robbing VG cafe in a press release Thursday morning.

UPD arrests 12 at Blue-Green Rivalry game

Cal Poly’s men’s soccer tied UC Santa Barbara at Friday’s Blue-Green rivalry game — but for some students, it was a total loss.

The University Police Department arrested 12 Cal Poly students for public intoxication, disorderly conduct or both at the game. Most of the arrests came in the second half, and San Luis Obispo police were present to drive those arrested to the county jail.

Officials question ‘dry campus’

While Cal Poly officials are considering adding a pub on campus, the first step is still to see if it’s something a majority of students would want, Associated Students Inc. (ASI) President Jason Colombini said.
