A 22-year-old San Luis Obispo resident broke into Cloud 9 Imports on California Boulevard shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday and stole nearly $4,000 worth of glass smoking pipes, according to a press release issued by the San Luis Obispo Police Department. Officers arrived at the smoke and tobacco shop after a large window was shattered, tripping an audible alarm.
