
Lauren Mount, a communication studies freshman, votes for the IRA fee referendum upstairs in the University Union on Wednesday evening. Voting was steady since noon on Wednesday, and trailed off after 6 p.m., said Trudy Jarratt, the president of The League of Women Voters. “I voted ‘yes,’ because it helps a lot of programs like Orchesis,” said Raniel Camacho, a mechanical engineering junior.The polls will be open on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the UU, Fischer Science foyer, Kennedy Library, Erhart Agriculture and Campus Market. Other locations include the upstairs in the UU and in the foyer of the education building from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
