At approximately 3:45 a.m. this morning, Tanner Robert Clark, 21, from Felton, California, was arrested for allegedly burglarizing an apartment on the 500 block of Hathway, San Luis Obispo. The resident of the house called the police to report that two males had entered his apartment through an unlocked front door and removed property. The police arrived and apprehended Clark in the living room of a nearby residence.
The stolen property was recovered shortly after the arrest of Clark. The second suspect was able to elude arrest and has 
not been identified. Additionally, during a search of a vehicle associated with the suspect, cocaine and marijuana were located. Clark was booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
