Thank goodness for Mustang Daily because the Cal Poly Portal does not keep students up to date on current issues. I went onto the portal Friday to see if I could find the results of the ASI presidential election run-off. There was nothing about the run-off on the main page, and nothing in the Cal Poly News section either.
Letters to the Editor
Two flaws exist in ASI elections process
I believe there are two aspects of the ASI elections that are seriously flawed: The
Israel bashing does nothing for Palestinians
The name “Students for Justice and Peace in the Middle East” (SJPME) is as deceptive as
Souza will protect your investment
As Cal Poly students, we tax ourselves $11 million per year, to be budgeted by those
Souza has the leadership potential
As a current representative on the Board of Directors, I cannot stress enough the
Taylor deserves your credit
I want to give credit where credit is due. Last quarter I sat on the Academic Advising
To the Cal Poly non-voting majority
Having served as ASI president, I can honestly say the largest risk to you, the
Taylor can bring ASI back to the students
As an alum of ASI student government, I feel responsible for educating voters about
Souza's experience and character gets my vote
When it comes down to choosing an ASI president today the choice for me is clear.
Taylor is the real deal
Integrity. Passion. Drive. Matt Taylor is the real deal. He is a candidate that
Souza would be efficient and motivated as president
Success in leaders is measured in what they accomplish during their term in office
