As the photo editor for the Mustang Daily, I want to show interesting visual stories and multimedia reporting with photographs, slide shows and video. The work will cover and highlight different aspects of Cal Poly students, staff and lifestyles.
I started taking photos in 2007, and since then, I have had an interest in photo-journalism. So, I will try to keep things interesting with different styles and ideas.
This first post contains some extra photos from the upcoming Mustang Daily fashion edition. We mostly worked with students to put the shoot together. We shot at the Hay Media and Resource Center in the Architecture Building, room 101. The shoot showcases different stores and boutiques in the downtown area. Overall, it was fun to work with other students that wanted to put something like this together. I am also looking forward to shooting more of this stuff.
