Apparently, Cal Poly’s win Saturday over San Diego State (scroll down to the entry below) turned heads throughout the state, prompting interesting features on senior wide receiver Ramses Barden (recently named to the Walter Payton Award watch list) and sophomore center Jason Cox.
As if the San Diego-area pressure on Aztecs head coach Chuck Long weren’t enough, rumors of his demise have seemingly spread throughout the blogosphere, as well, with some even suggesting SDSU would be wiser to take on high school teams at present.
