The Associated Collegiate Press named Mustang News the best website in the large school category on Sunday, March 2 at their annual journalism conference, as well as best multimedia presentation for “Bringing jams to the gym.” Student media organizations from all over the nation attended the conference, and all were eligible to enter the Best of Show awards.
The California College Media Association held their awards banquet at the conference Saturday, March 1, and Mustang News won or placed in the following categories:
