ASI Events Outreach Student Assistant Samantha Pryor said ASI’s goal is to provide different types of genres for everyone to enjoy, so they are adding variation to the series of concerts happening at the University Union.
Pryor said Panga is “an acoustic, beachy ’90s style band,” and compared them to Sugar Ray.
“Panga has this overall vision as a band to encourage people to enjoy today,” Pryor said. “’Panga’ is a type of boat, and the band talks a lot about going with the flow.”
