Cal Poly sophomore right-hander D.J. Mauldin has signed to play with the Eau Claire Express, the team announced Wednesday.
Mauldin was one of five signings — four of them pitchers.
The 6-foot, 185-pounder is currently 4-5 with a 4.22 ERA, and in 53 1/3 innings of work has given up 25 earned runs on 55 hits while walking 24. He has 47 strikeouts.
Mustangs rightfielder Ryan Lee also plays for the Express.
