Cal Poly outfielder Bobby Crocker and closer Jeff Johnson were selected during the second day of the 2011 MLB First-Year Player Draft on Tuesday.
Crocker was selected in the fourth round, 136 overall, by the Oakland athletics, while Johnson was selected in the 10th round by the Cleveland Indians.
Crocker led all Mustangs at the plate last season, boasting a .339 average with 13 doubles, a triple and five home runs, en route to first-team All-Big West honors.
On the mound, Johnson earned five saves, two wins and a 1.63 ERA, to go with his 40 strikeouts in 27 2/3 innings.
