This weekend, the Cal Poly Electric Vehicle Club and the Cal Poly Hydrogen Energy Club will co-host the first annual Alternative Energy Car Show.
It will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Bonderson Project Center (building 197). More than 20 vehicles will be on display with their owner/operators to discuss emerging transportation technologies.
This event will showcase electric, biodiesel, natural gas, vegetable oil and propane vehicles and includes free test drives, a barbecue and a keynote speaker. Attendance is free. For more information, visit the Electric Vehicle Club Web site at evec.calpoly.edu.
