The mission behind Beerbongs For World Peace is to acknowledge the world’s problem of hunger while drinking responsibly. While many college students drink to party, a group of Cal Poly students and graduates drink for a purpose. President of Beerbongs For World Peace and Cal Poly graduate Casey Curtis developed the organization with his peers Sean Carroll, Nathan Huerta, Tim Asp and Jake Goble. With the purchase of a $10 beerbong, a donation is made to the World Food Program providing food to four children. A T-shirt feeds eight children. You can get yours at beerbongforworldpeace.org and follow the adventures of freestyle beerbonging by becoming friends with ‘Shorty Beerbong’ on Facebook.
