Lewd man spotted in library

Officers from the University Police Department had the library surrounded Thursday afternoon after receiving a call around 4 p.m. that a suspicious man was engaging in lewd acts.

Five police officers were stationed around the building, watching the entrances and exits, but the suspect was not found.
