Ever wanted to experience a night at the casino without the risk of gambling away all your money? Need something to do on a Saturday night? Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has you covered.
ASI is hosting a casino night Saturday in the Multi Activity Center in the Recreation Center. There will be poker, blackjack and craps tables, as well as casino chips and slot machine tokens. Participants do not have to have gambling experience or know how to play to participate.
“There will be prizes available,” said Arin Miller, special events student assistant for ASI events. The prizes are still to be determined, but Miller said they will probably be small: “Hopefully gift cards, maybe candy.”
Pizza and drinks will be served, and the event will be professionally staffed with assistance from AMS Entertainment.
The event runs from 9 p.m. to midnight, and admittance is free with a Cal Poly ID.
