Even Cal Poly’s president isn’t above a friendly wager.
A video making the rounds online shows the payoff of a bet between President Jeffrey Armstrong and Fresno State President Joseph Castro on the outcome of a football game between the two schools earlier this month. As Armstrong explains in the video, the two agreed that the loser of the game would have to workout in the other team’s gear — in front of their own students.
Fresno beat Cal Poly 41-25, but Armstrong wasn’t going to let it end there. “In true Mustang ingenuity,” he says in the video, the president decided to have some fun with the challenge.
