Biomedical engineering freshman Weston Mangin made Cal Poly proud in his last round on “Jeopardy!” last night.
“I was actually kind of worried about how I’d do (that) round,” said Mangin.
He said he went into yesterday’s round knowing it was going to be a challenge after watching contestant Tyler Benedict in a previous round.
Going into “Final Jeopardy!” with a slight lead over the other contestants, Mangin wasn’t able to come out with the win.
“I was disappointed; I did want to keep going,” said Mangin.
While he said it wasn’t heartbreaking, Mangin said he believes he, “represented (Cal) Poly well.”
Mangin walked away with a grand total of $10,000.
