Local band Siko was this week’s headliner for Concerts in the Plaza at the Mission in downtown San Luis Obispo.
Event coordinator Christy Tiaga said that, because this week is “jazz week” at the Midstate Fair, it’s usually slow, but there was a surprising turnout of about 2,000 people.
