Ryan ChartrandJust for the record, Mr. Acosta, I am well aware that Semper Fidelis is the Marine Corp’s motto (not the entire military’s). The point I was making with that phrase was that ALL OF OUR TROOPS (both Marines and non-Marines) have lived up to that motto in one way or another. I hope you would agree with that sentiment.
