Women's golf team wins dual

The Cal Poly women’s golf team topped Cal State Bakersfield 317-386 in a dual match Sunday at Hunter Ranch Golf Course in Paso Robles.

Sophomore Julia Heath and junior Elsie Walker were co-medalists by carding 78s for Cal Poly.

Mustangs junior Hannah Brabb finished one stroke back, while sophomore Stephanie Yocum came in fourth with an 82.

Jenna Barnett paced Cal State Bakersfield with a 93 on the 6,292-yard, par-72 layout.

Cal Poly will next travel to Lincoln Hills Golf Course in Sacramento for the Sacramento State West Regional Prelims from March 31 to April 1.
