Thao Tran“I followed the map,” is what truck driver Salvador Valencia softly mumbled as he pointed to a crumpled piece of white paper. At 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, while trying to make a delivery on campus, Valencia plowed his big rig into the train bridge over Highland Drive. Dave Hendrickson and others with the University Police quickly came to the scene to clean up the debris and to control traffic.
