Police evacuated the San Luis Obispo Amtrak station after an employee found a suspicious package Saturday evening.
The cardboard box, which weighed 20 pounds, had no markings, name or address, according to a San Luis Obispo Police Department press release. The employee heard the package humming and called police, who agreed that package was suspicious and called in the County Bomb Task Force.
Using a robot to open the package, they found that it contained mostly clothing as well as an electric toothbrush, which was on.
The train station was reopened after they determined the package was not dangerous.
