Wing Trenton Yackzan and inside center Luke Council led the way, combining for six tries.
The Mustangs outscored their opponents by a combined total of 97-22.
Cal Poly currently sits atop the Southern California Rugby League.
The Mustangs play No. 6 BYU at 3 p.m. today at the Rec Fields.
Cal Poly will be looking for a little redemption after last year’s playoff loss to BYU, which eventually lost to Cal in the national championship.
