The University Police Department (UPD) arrested four Cuesta College students on Tuesday after they allegedly stole a sheep from its pen on Cal Poly’s campus, according to a press release issued Tuesday evening.
The sheep was reported stolen to UPD at approximately 10:30 a.m on Tuesday. Officers conducted an investigation and were able to locate the sheep in an apartment complex in San Luis Obispo.
Four men were arrested Tuesday evening in connection with felony grand theft of livestock: George Pappas, 20, Paul Italiano, 19, Torin Miller, 19, and Matt Pappaleo, 19. The men identified themselves as Cuesta College students and were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
